The Airwaves Acoustic Police Earpiece - Motorola, has a clear tube that links to the ear and has a seperate press to talk (PTT) and microphone.  This earpiece can be used in an overt or covert role.

It fits the standard MTH Motorola Airwaves police radios.

The PTT block enables you to wear the radio anywhere on the body, including the belt, and for you to mount the block in a convenient place to use. The PTT and mic block has a strong metal clip on the back making it ideal for clipping to the chests of duty vests.

In a covert role, the radio can be worn out of sight while the PTT and mic block can be worn under clothing near the neck.
